Ventifacts
Ventifacts are solid rocks weathered into a triangle-like shape by abrasion with windblown sediment. The distinct shape is carved by different prevailing wind directions. When the wind blows one way, the face pointing in the upwind direction is scowered, when the wind changes directions, another face is scowered, eventually forming the distinct angular shape of a ventifact.
